Ignite45

Ignite45 is a HIIT / Strength + Cardio Fusion class designed to challenge your whole body while helping you rebuild stamina, momentum, and trust in your energy. This class blends strength intervals with bursts of cardio to create a workout that feels dynamic, invigorating, and empowering.
Where Strength45 gives you more time to settle into the work, Ignite45 keeps you moving through a more athletic, higher-energy experience. The structure is intentional, so the class feels stimulating without becoming chaotic or overwhelming.

Ride45

Ride45 is a rhythm-based cycling class designed to help you reconnect with your energy in a way that feels steady and controlled.
The music, pacing, and coaching work together to create a focused, immersive experience where effort feels purposeful instead of chaotic. You’re guided through changes in intensity so your body can build endurance without tipping into burnout.
You may come in feeling that cardio will take more from you, but you'll leave realizing it can give something back.

Sculpt45

Sculpt45 blends elements of Pilates and barre to help you build strength through slower, more controlled movement.
This class is designed to help you feel connected to your body. You’ll focus on alignment, stability, and control, which creates a different kind of strength: one that feels precise, supportive, and sustainable.
It’s especially powerful for women who feel disconnected or unsure in their bodies.
